About the Role
- We're hiring an Operations Manager to own the day-to-day running of the entire business. You'll be the person who keeps things moving smoothly, spots bottlenecks before they become problems, and makes sure teams have what they need to deliver.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across departments to ensure targets, timelines, and quality standards are met.
- Streamline processes by identifying inefficiencies and implementing practical systems that save time and cost.
- Coordinate teams and hold them accountable to deadlines without micromanaging.
- Monitor KPIs and reports to give the CEO clear, actionable updates on business performance.
- Handle vendor and client relationships when operational issues arise.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 3+ years in operations, business administration, or a similar management role.
- Strong organizational skills — you can juggle multiple moving parts without dropping them.
- Data-driven mindset — comfortable using spreadsheets, dashboards, or basic analytics to make decisions.
- People skills — able to lead, motivate, and resolve conflicts across teams.
- Problem-solver who stays calm under pressure and focuses on solutions.
Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 per month.
