We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Collection Officer

Locations: Aguda and Ogba - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are looking for a proactive, confident, results-driven, with a passion for loan recovery to join our team as a collection officer in Jankara, Ijaiye, Lagos.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers to follow up on outstanding loan repayments
• Negotiate and agree on feasible repayment plans
• Maintain accurate records of all collection activities.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum qualification of an SSCE
• Previous experience in loan recovery is an added advantage
• Must own an Android phone (Atleast 3GB RAM)
• Good communication and negotiation skills.

Salary
N120,000 - N200,000 monthly.
