Job Title: Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) Officer

Job Summary

• We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) Officer to support the implementation and maintenance of quality standards throughout our automobile manufacturing processes.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting products, monitoring production activities, identifying quality issues, and ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of raw materials, components, and finished vehicles to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Monitor production processes and identify deviations from established quality requirements.
• Perform quality tests and measurements using appropriate inspection tools and equipment.
• Document inspection results and prepare quality reports.
• Investigate product defects and assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to company quality procedures, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Participate in internal quality audits and support external audit activities.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
• Maintain accurate quality records and documentation.
• Assist in training production personnel on quality requirements and best practices.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, Automobile Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control, preferably in an automobile manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of quality inspection techniques and quality management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Professional certifications in quality management will be an added advantage.
