We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Storekeeper

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• The Store Keeper is responsible for managing inventory, stock movement, and proper storage of materials within Uncle Stan’s Foods.
• The role also involves accompanying deliveries to outlets to ensure accurate distribution, proper handover, and accountability of all items supplied.

Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management:

• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming stock and materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels at all times.
• Ensure proper storage and organization of items in the store.

Stock Control & Monitoring:

• Track stock movement, issuance, and usage across outlets and production.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or low stock promptly.
• Prevent wastage, damage, or loss of inventory.

Delivery & Distribution:

• Accompany delivery of supplies to outlets.
• Ensure correct quantities and items are delivered as issued.
• Confirm proper handover and acknowledgment of stock at each outlet.
• Report any discrepancies during delivery immediately.

Documentation & Record Keeping:

• Maintain proper documentation for all stock transactions (inward and outward).
• Ensure all issued stock is properly recorded and authorized.
• Keep accurate logs of items dispatched to each outlet.

Reconciliation & Reporting:

• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with records.
• Report discrepancies, shortages, or inconsistencies.
• Work with the Accountant and Auditor during stock checks.

Compliance & Organization:

• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Follow company procedures for handling, storing, and issuing items.

Qualification

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree in a relevant field.
