Job Title: Production Plant Operator

Location: Bwari, Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Contract

Job Summary

• We are hiring a hardworking and reliable Production Plant Operator to support block production and batching plant operations. This entry-level role involves assisting with manual production tasks, maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and supporting daily plant operations under supervision.

Job Description

• The role requires physical stamina, attention to instructions, and commitment to maintaining safety and production standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out manual tasks as directed, including material movement, cleaning, block stacking, water curing, and aggregate tidying
• Assist in watering and maintaining the curing block yard as instructed
• Support aggregate receiving, stockyard organization, and general plant housekeeping
• Keep block production areas clean, safe, and free from debris, broken blocks, and hazards
• Report safety hazards, equipment faults, or unusual occurrences immediately to the Supervisor
• Wear full PPE at all times (boots, gloves, helmet, dust mask, and reflective vest)
• Attend all safety briefings and training sessions organized by the HSE team
• Maintain punctuality, reliability, and consistent physical presence throughout shifts.

Requirements

• WAEC/NECO minimum qualification
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills
• 0–1 year experience (entry-level role)
• Physically fit and able to work in a dusty, outdoor industrial environment
• Strong willingness to work and follow instructions

Salary

• N70,000 Monthly
• Pension and other benefits available.
