Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Small Home Appliances Sales Representative to drive sales and promote our range of household appliances, including blenders, microwaves, electric kettles, irons, air fryers, vacuum cleaners, food processors, and other consumer appliances.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building strong customer relationships, providing product demonstrations, and ensuring an excellent customer experience while achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell small home appliances to retail, wholesale, and individual customers.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market reach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase product features and benefits.
  • Advise customers on suitable products based on their needs and preferences.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and sales leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
  • Ensure proper product display and merchandising at retail outlets and showrooms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions to enhance satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and market feedback for management review.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events when required.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in consumer electronics, home appliances, or FMCG industries.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate products effectively and influence purchasing decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
