Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Summary
- We’re hiring a Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for our office and support core HR functions around interviews, filing, and onboarding.
Responsibilities
Front Desk & Admin:
- Welcome visitors, handle calls, and manage incoming/outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies and ensure reception area is organized and professional
- Support day-to-day admin tasks for the team.
HR Support - Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
- Prepare onboarding materials and guide new hires through first-day processes
- Maintain accurate employee files, both physical and digital, ensuring confidentiality.
Documentation & Filing:
- Organize and update HR records, contracts, and compliance documents
- Assist with preparing reports and data for the HR lead.
Requirements
- 2–3 years experience in a front desk, admin, or HR support role with HR experience
- Familiarity with interview coordination, onboarding, and document management
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Proficient with MS Office/Google Workspace and basic HR software or filing systems
- Professional demeanor, organized, and comfortable handling confidential information.
Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
