We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Mixologist

Location: Maitama, Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Summary

• Belanova Apartments & Suites is a hospitality brand committed to delivering excellent guest experiences.
• We are seeking a skilled mixologist to be an extension of that brand by creating exceptional beverage experiences for our guests and a welcoming, customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Use one’s expert knowledge and passion to create innovative drinks and cocktails that explore the boundaries of flavors
• Execute, manage and monitor the ordering and stock of all drinks and bar tools and equipment
• Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents, cost and preparation methods
• Ensure product quality by maintaining stock, preparing,curing and storing all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables
• Have great knowledge of alcohol and alcohol history
• Work with Food and beverage Manager as needed e.g. assist in editing of menu
• Utilize appropriate stemware/glassware as required by company standards, polish glassware, stock bar supplies to par levels
• Keep work station and tools clean and tidy

Qualifications / Skills Required

• Extensive knowledge of drinks including wines & spirits
• Desire and ability to train and develop staff, as needed
• Maintained awareness of industry trends in service, product and presentation.
