Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Location: Lekki - Ajah, Lagos

Job Summary

• Ekiema Group is seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our people management initiatives and foster a productive, positive, and high-performing workplace culture.
• The ideal candidate will be passionate about employee engagement, talent management, organizational development, and creating systems that support business growth and employee success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Drive employee engagement and performance management initiatives.
• Handle employee relations and conflict resolution matters.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Coordinate staff training and development programs.
• Support leadership in organizational planning and workforce development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar HR role.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and employee relations.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management tools is an added advantage.
• Must reside in Ajah or nearby areas within the Lekki-Ajah axis of Lagos State.
