Job Description
- This officer's sales territory is Nigeria's security agencies, the judiciary and court systems, federal and state universities, and specialist government institutions including teaching hospitals, regulatory academies, and government-owned enterprises.
- This territory has high deal complexity and longer procurement cycles which is precisely why it requires a commercially strategic executive, not simply a relationship manager.
Responsibilities
- Sales Mandate: Security Agencies, Judiciary and Institutions
- Target institutions: Nigeria Police Force, DSS, NIA, Army/Navy/Airforce welfare and HR systems; Federal and State High Courts, Appeal Courts, and the Supreme Court; federal and state universities and polytechnics; federal teaching hospitals and specialist medical institutions.
Requirements
- A Degree in Marketing, MBA (Marketing) Minimum 8 years in sales or commercial roles with Nigerian security agencies, the judiciary, universities, or specialist government institutions — with a personal record of closing contracts at ₦50M+ with institutional heads.
- Existing relationships at IG/DG/VC/Chief Justice level in a minimum of three target institution categories — active within the last 18 months.
- Demonstrable ability to navigate complex, politically sensitive institutional procurement processes.
- Experience in commercial contract structuring — sufficient to own and defend a pricing framework at Board level.
- Prior exposure to government technology procurement in security or judicial sectors — including classified or restricted procurement processes.
- Experience in pricing governance or revenue operations in a multi-revenue-stream business.
Remuneration
N1,500,000 / Month.
