Job Summary 

• We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth, manage operations, and strengthen our market presence in Abuja.
• The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership with analytical and negotiation skills to deliver sustainable business success.

Key Responsibilities

• Business growth strategy: Identify new opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand company operations.
• Operational management: Oversee day-to-day business functions to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Team leadership: Manage and motivate teams to achieve performance targets.
• Market analysis: Conduct research to support informed decision-making and competitive positioning.
• Negotiation and contracts: Lead negotiations with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Project collaboration: Work closely with project teams to align business goals with project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management.
• 3–5 years experience in business operations or general management.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Experience in Business/Project Management will be an added advantage.
