Job Summary

• The Social/Digital Media Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the organization's digital and social media presence to enhance brand awareness, engage target audiences, generate leads, and support business growth objectives.
• The role involves content creation, social media management, digital marketing campaigns, analytics reporting, and online community engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management:

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
• Schedule, publish, and monitor content across digital platforms.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor online conversations and manage the organization's digital reputation.

Content Creation:

• Create engaging and relevant content, including graphics, videos, articles, infographics, and social media posts.
• Collaborate with internal departments to develop content that showcases projects, services, achievements, and company culture.
• Ensure all content aligns with the organization's brand guidelines and communication standards.
• Coordinate photography and videography activities when required.

Digital Marketing:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns across social media and search platforms.
• Optimize content and campaigns using SEO and digital marketing best practices.
• Support email marketing initiatives and website content updates.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Track, analyze, and report on social media and digital marketing performance metrics.
• Monitor engagement, reach, website traffic, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement based on data insights.

Brand Management:

• Ensure consistency of the organization's brand identity across all digital channels.
• Promote company events, training programs, corporate initiatives, and project milestones.
• Support employer branding and employee engagement campaigns.

Market Research:

• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
• Identify innovative strategies to improve audience engagement and business growth.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 2 - 4 years experience. 

Salary
N150,000 - N160,000 per month.
