Job Title: HR & Admin Intern
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
- General HR Support & Compliance: Provide daily administrative support to the HR & Admin department, manage basic employee relations.
- Filing & Documentation Systems:Maintain an efficient physical and digital documentation and filing architecture for both HR and Admin units.
- Workforce Scheduling & Payroll Support: Coordinate the preparation of accurate staff work rosters and compile monthly employee overtime payment schedules, collaborating closely with the Accounts department to follow up on raised payments.
- Attendance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor daily biometric or logbook staff attendance, compile the data, and deliver structured monthly reports to management.
- Facility & Power Cost Management:Monitorthe day-to-day operations of the administrative team.
- Resource Control & Diesel Logs: Monitor the availability, delivery, and efficient utilization of diesel. Maintain daily records of fuel usage and submit detailed monthly consumption analytics.
- Vendor Negotiations & Procurement: Engage with third-party service providers and contractors to negotiate favorable commercial terms, such as price reductions or extended payment windows.
Requirements
- Education: B.Sc. / HND in a Business, Social Science, or related discipline. Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CIPM, NIM) are an added advantage.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in an administrative, human resources, or similar operational support role.
- Technical Skills: Mastery of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and full comprehension of modern office management systems, tracking applications, and administrative procedures.
