About the role

• We’re hiring Sales Executives to drive new client acquisition and policy renewals for Banksome Group.
• You’ll be on the frontline: prospecting, pitching, closing deals, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead generation: Source new leads through referrals, cold outreach, and networking
• Sales: Present insurance solutions, handle objections, and close general + specialty line policies
• Client service: Support clients through quotation, policy issuance, and claims follow-up
• Targets: Meet monthly sales and renewal targets

Requirements

• Strong background in insurance brokerage.
• You understand policies, underwriting basics, and client advisory
• 1–2 years sales experience in insurance, banking, or financial services
• Target-driven, good communication, and negotiation skills

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
