Role Description

• The postholder will play a pivotal role in the design and execution of projects. 
• This full-time, on-site, mid-level position requires a professional who can seamlessly transition from conceptual design to flawless execution, ensuring high-quality outcomes that exceed expectations.
• You'll be involved in every stage, from initial client engagement and solution design to overseeing implementation and fostering strong client relationships.

Qualification and Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Similar relevant fields
• Minimum of 3 years post-NYSC experience.
• Client Engagement & Needs Assessment
• Quality Management, Supervisory Skills, Execution Skills
• Presentation Skills, Oral Communication,Written Communication
• Design Adequacy: Technical, Functional & Aesthetic
• Innovation/Creativity (Ability to think outside the box)
• Attention to Details,Teamwork and Collaboration,Resourcefulness
• Leadership, Customer Orientation, Market & Industry Knowledge.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
