Women for Women International is an International non-governmental organization whose mandate includes providing women survivors of wars, civil strife and other conflicts resources for survival, reduce poverty level and ensure their self-sufficiency. The organization, with headquarters in Washington DC, USA, has country offices in eight countries, including Nigeria. We implement a 12-months training and education program designed to improve key social and economic outcomes for the most socially excluded women. The program targets every aspect of women’s lives; health and wellbeing (including nutrition, hygiene & HIV/AIDS prevention and protection), economic stability, family decision making and social safety nets.

Terms and Conditions of Auction

• All assets are offered for sale on an "as-is, where-is" basis.
• Women for Women International Nigeria makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the condition, performance, or suitability of any item.
• Interested bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the items before submitting bids.
• Failure to inspect an item shall not be grounds for any claim, refund, or dispute after purchase.
• Each bid must clearly indicate:
  • The Asset Number;
  • The bidder's full name;
  • Telephone number and email address; and
  • The amount being offered.
• Women for Women International Nigeria reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, in whole or in part, without assigning any reason.
• The highest bid will not automatically be accepted.
• The organization reserves the right to consider factors such as compliance with bidding requirements and overall value to the organization.
• Successful bidders will be notified directly and must make full payment within the period specified in the notification.
• Failure to complete payment within the stipulated timeframe may result in forfeiture of the award, and the item may be offered to another bidder.
• All payments must be made through the payment channels communicated by Women for Women International Nigeria. 
• Purchased items must be collected within the period communicated to successful bidders.
• Any costs associated with transportation, loading, registration, licensing, or removal of purchased assets shall be borne solely by the buyer.
• Ownership of the asset shall be transferred to the successful bidder only upon receipt of full payment and completion of all required documentation.
• Women for Women International Nigeria shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from the inspection, purchase, collection, transportation, or subsequent use of any auctioned item.
• For the vehicles, vehicle registration transfer, insurance, roadworthiness certification, and all associated costs shall be the responsibility of the successful bidder. 
• By submitting a bid, bidders acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
