Job Title: Client Relationship Officer

Job Summary
- The Client Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing and maintaining strong relationships with retail clients while ensuring an excellent client experience throughout the customer lifecycle.
- The role will focus on client acquisition, onboarding, retention, and engagement.
- The ideal candidate must possess strong relationship management, customer service, business development, and client engagement skills, with the ability to attract new clients, onboard them seamlessly, and maintain long-term relationships that contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new retail clients for the firm's products and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing retail clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and account-related matters.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Provide timely resolution of client complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Regularly engage clients on market opportunities, investment products, and portfolio enhancement opportunities.
- Monitor client accounts and proactively identify opportunities to improve client engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, and Business Development teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Client Relationship Management, Customer Service, Business Development, Sales, Client Onboarding, or Client Acquisition.
- Experience within a Financial Services Institution is strongly preferred.
- Professional certification, such as CIS, is highly desirable.
- Demonstrable experience in client onboarding, customer relationship management, and retail client engagement.
Required Skills:
