Job Title: Inventory Receiving & Warehouse Lead

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Receiving & Warehouse Lead to oversee all incoming inventory, warehouse operations, and stock management activities.
• The ideal candidate will ensure accurate receiving, storage, tracking, and distribution of products while maintaining warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive goods and materials from suppliers
• Verify quantities, specifications, and product condition upon delivery
• Assign and maintain product codes (SKUs) and inventory records
• Ensure all received products are accurately entered into the inventory management system
• Organize warehouse storage locations for maximum efficiency
• Conduct routine stock counts and inventory reconciliation
• Monitor stock movement and report discrepancies
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
• Coordinate with procurement and operations teams regarding stock availability
• Prepare inventory and warehouse reports as required
• Supervise warehouse activities and ensure adherence to company procedures
• Ensure compliance with inventory control policies and warehouse best practices.

Educational Qualifications
Applicants must possess any of the following:

• SSCE
• NCE
• ND.

Requirements:

• 1 - 3 years of experience in Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, Stock Control, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent leadership and team coordination abilities
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience using ERP Systems or Inventory Management Software
• Ability to generate inventory reports and maintain accurate records
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and stock management procedures.
• ND.

Work Schedule:

• Full-Time Employment
