Position Overview

• In this role, you'll be more than a skilled technologist, you'll be a smile architect.
• Your expertise will transform dental impressions into functional, natural -looking appliances that help patients eat, speak, and smile without hesitation.

What You'll Do

• Create high quality, dental and orthodontic appliances tailored to individual patient needs
• Collaborate closely with dentists to interpret prescriptions and achieve exact specifications
• Utilize both traditional techniques and digital workflows, including CAD/CAM design and milling
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure consistent quality
• Document processes and maintain case records for traceability and quality control

What You'll Bring

• Diploma or Degree in Dental Technology from an accredited institution
• 2-3 years' hands-on experience in a professional dental laboratory
• Proficiency in both manual fabrication and digital dental technologies (CAD/CAM experience highly desirable)
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for precision craftsmanship
• Strong problem -solving skills and the ability to adapt to complex cases
• A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.
