We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Quality Control Officer

Location: Ogere, Ogun

Responsibilties

• Inspect and sample incoming raw materials, vitamins, minerals, amino acids, additives, and other ingredients.
• Conduct quality tests and verify conformity with specifications before approval for production.
• Monitor supplier quality performance and report deviations.
• Monitor weighing, batching, mixing, and packaging processes to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
• Verify accuracy of ingredient inclusion rates and batch formulations.
• Conduct routine process checks and inspections during production.
• Analyze finished premix products to ensure compliance with quality standards and nutritional specifications.
• Approve or reject products based on laboratory results and quality requirements.
• Monitor product stability and shelf-life performance.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain quality records, certificates of analysis, and batch release documentation.
• Investigate quality deviations, complaints, and non-conformities.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 2 - 5 years experience.
