Job Title: Marketer

Job Summary 

• They are  currently seeking to hire a smart, energetic, and result-driven Marketer to support business growth and increase sales through effective marketing strategies and customer engagement.
• The ideal candidate must be passionate about sales and marketing, possess strong communication skills, and have a good understanding of retail marketing within the fashion or thrift industry.
• Candidates applying for this role must have at least 2 years of relevant marketing experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and market the company’s clothing and thrift products to customers
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer patronage
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships
• Engage customers both physically and through online marketing channels
• Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth
• Conduct market surveys and monitor competitors’ activities
• Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain excellent customer service
• Work closely with the sales team to improve brand visibility and performance
• Prepare periodic marketing and sales reports for management

Requirements

• OND, HND, or B.Sc qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years proven experience in marketing or sales
• Experience in clothing, fashion, or thrift business is an added advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
• Good customer relationship management skills
• Smart, confident, and result-oriented personality.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
