Job Title: Immigration Case Specialist

Job Summary

• We are looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Immigration Case Specialist to guide clients through visa and immigration processes for multiple destinations including the UK, Canada, USA, Australia, Europe, and the UAE.
• The ideal candidate has hands-on experience processing immigration cases, a strong understanding of global visa pathways, and excellent communication skills to advise and support clients from consultation to approval.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess client profiles and recommend the most suitable visa or immigration pathway based on their goals and eligibility.
• Manage end-to-end processing of visa applications — student visas, work permits, visit visas, skilled migration, and business immigration.
• Review and verify client documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with destination country requirements.
• Stay up to date with immigration policy changes across key destination countries and update internal processes accordingly.
• Prepare and submit well-structured application packages on behalf of clients, minimising errors and rejection risks.
• Collaborate with the operations team to improve turnaround time and overall service delivery.

Requirements

• B.Sc. / HND in any discipline — International Relations, Social Sciences, Business, or related fields are an advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in visa processing, immigration consulting, or global mobility services.
• Demonstrable knowledge of immigration systems for at least three of the following: UK, Canada, USA, Australia, Europe, UAE.
• Strong ability to review, organise, and evaluate supporting documents for immigration applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills — ability to explain complex processes clearly and confidently to clients.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
