Job Title: Coding Analyst

Description

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Coding Analyst to support material master data management, inventory accuracy, and data quality initiatives across supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update material master data within ERP systems
• Review and classify material specifications accurately
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of coding and cataloguing processes
• Perform data cleansing and data quality improvement activities
• Resolve coding conflicts and master data discrepancies
• Collaborate with procurement, engineering, and warehouse teams
• Maintain documentation and adherence to coding standards
• Support inventory and supply chain data management initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in Material Master Data Management, Inventory Control, or Supply Chain Operations
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of SAP MM is an advantage
• Strong analytical, documentation, and data management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
