Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced Coding Analyst Lead to oversee coding operations, master data management, and process improvement initiatives while ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of coding systems across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead coding and material master data management activities
• Oversee coding operations and workflow optimisation
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with coding standards
• Drive process improvement initiatives and system enhancements
• Coordinate with IT teams on system testing, upgrades, and maintenance
• Analyse data and generate reports to support decision-making
• Deliver presentations and training sessions to stakeholders
• Monitor regulatory and industry updates affecting coding systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in coding, inventory management, or master data management
• Strong knowledge of SAP and other coding/data management systems
• Experience with data analytics and reporting tools
• Strong project management and leadership skills
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to lead process improvement and system optimisation initiatives
