Description

  • Bravies Homz Limited is seeking a confident, persuasive, and results-driven Telemarketer to support lead generation, client engagement, and sales conversion activities.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective clients, following up on leads, promoting the company's real estate products and services, scheduling inspections, maintaining accurate client records, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.
  • The successful candidate must possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage prospects professionally and convert interest into viable sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact prospective clients through phone calls and other approved communication channels.
  • Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
  • Follow up on existing leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
  • Schedule property inspections and appointments for interested clients.
  • Promote company properties, products, and investment opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up activities.
  • Update customer information and sales activities in company records.
  • Address client inquiries and provide accurate information about company offerings.
  • Meet assigned lead generation, follow-up, and conversion targets.
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to support client acquisition and business growth.
  • Prepare periodic reports on telemarketing activities and performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, HND, OND, or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, customer service, or a related role is an added advantage.
  • Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Good negotiation and sales skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work with targets and performance expectations.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.

Salary
N100,000 - N200,000 monthly.
