We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Associate, Audit

Location: Abuja
Job type: Full-time

Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals.
• Develop audit programs and testing procedures relevant to risk and test objectives.
• Conduct assigned task on audit engagements successfully from start to finish
• Identify key risks to business objectives, evaluating and testing controls in place and identifying areas for improvement.
• Timely completion of audit files and assignments, ensuring work is produced to the required standard and deadlines.
• Ensure the basic documents for signoff are ready on completion of assigned engagement (Final signoff, Audit Summary and Representation letters).
• Ensure audit conclusions are based on a complete understanding of the process, circumstances and risk.
• Produce audit reports at the conclusion of assigned engagements, to meet the required standard for reporting.
• Review the work of Audit Associates and provide on-the-job training and feedback to engagement team members.
• Carry out other duties assigned.

Qualifications

• Degree (minimum of second class upper) or HND (minimum of upper credit) in Accounting, Finance, Economics or any relevant field.
• Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria or its equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years post qualification experience in related field
