Job Title: Account Manager

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee financial operations, cost control, and accounting processes within a trading company.
• The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing Form M documentation, monitoring costs and expenses, and ensuring smooth daily financial workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations and financial transactions
• Prepare, process, and monitor Form M and other trade-related documentation
• Track, analyze, and control operational costs and expenses
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Reconcile bank accounts, supplier accounts, and financial statements
• Prepare periodic financial reports and management accounts
• Coordinate with banks, suppliers, and regulatory bodies on trade and financial matters
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certification such as ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent is mandatory
• Minimum of 5 years' accounting experience, preferably within a trading company
• Proven experience creating and managing Form M documentation
• Strong understanding of cost tracking, expense management, and daily accounting workflows
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
