• Every product we manufacture starts with one thing—having the right materials available at the right time.
• We are looking for a smart, proactive, and detail-oriented Procurement Officer who can ensure our operations never stop because of material shortages, supplier delays, or poor procurement planning.
• This role goes beyond raising purchase orders. We need someone who can coordinate suppliers, manage procurement activities, maintain accurate records, and ensure materials are available to support production and business growth.

What You'll Be Doing

• Source and procure materials, supplies, and services required for business operations.
• Process approved purchase requests and issue purchase orders promptly.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Track outstanding orders and proactively resolve procurement challenges.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, and documentation.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Support cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards.

What Success Looks Like

• Materials are available when needed.
• Supplier deliveries are completed on time.
• Procurement records remain accurate and up to date.
• Operations run smoothly without procurement-related delays.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or a similar role.
• Experience in an FMCG or manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Strong organizational and record-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement tracking tools.
• High attention to detail, accountability, and a strong sense of ownership.
