Job Title: Junior Finance Officer (Fresh Graduate)

Reports to: Finance Officer

Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Junior Finance Officer to join our finance team.
• The successful candidate will assist in the day-to-day financial operations and provide support to the finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Data Entry: Accurately enter financial data into the accounting system.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely and accurate manner.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
• Reconciliation: Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Statutory payment

Requirements

• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a finance role.
• Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Experience with accounting software is an advantage.
