Job Title: Sales Representative

Job Summary

  • The Sales Representative is responsible for generating leads, identifying prospective clients, promoting the company's interior design services and products, and closing sales opportunities.
  • The role involves building strong client relationships, understanding customer requirements, preparing quotations, and working closely with the design and project teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for interior design and fit-out projects.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, digital platforms, and market research.
  • Meet with prospective clients to understand their design requirements, preferences, and budget.
  • Present the company's interior design solutions, products, and service offerings to potential clients.
  • Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
  • Negotiate project terms, pricing, and contracts with clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with designers, project managers, and procurement teams to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and activity reports.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing events to promote the company's brand.

  • Monthly and annual sales revenue generated.
  • Number of new clients acquired.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in interior design, furniture, construction, real estate, or fit-out services.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Knowledge of interior design products, materials, and industry trends is an added advantage.
