We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Account Officer

Location: Ogun
Job type: Full time

Responsibilities 

• Experience in ERP and Posting of all receipt & payment. 
• Managing and Posting of bank reconciliation outstanding items
• Ensure payment to vendors, staff in line with terms of payment and PO/ contract
• Accurately charge WHT before payment
• Keeping track of bank wise balances & turnover
• Facilitate fund movement within banks in proportion to their facilities
• Balances tally with Bank Statement
• Filing & documentation
• Supervise office asistant and ensure professional filing of all documents esp. Bank Offer Letters, Approvals & BRs
• Daily treasury report , bank charges tracker, bankwise turnover
• Submit accurate report of bank balances by 10am of every working day
• Maintaining a schedule of all FX purchased & FDs made
• Provide treasury documents such as offer letters, loan documents for audit purposes
• Support Statutory  audit exercise,  make all documents and systems available to both internal and external auditors within 24 hours of request
• Updating of statutory compliances as required.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 5 - 10 years of work experience.
• Must be responsible and honest.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.

Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 monthly.
