We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Lagos (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Part-time (3 Days Per Week)

Job Summary 

  • We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to support our expansion within Lagos.
  • This is a hybrid role requiring a combination of remote work and field-based activities.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with retailers and stockists, and driving sales growth within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new retailers, stockists, and business partners.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
  • Conduct market visits and business development activities.
  • Drive sales growth within Lagos.
  • Submit weekly activity and sales reports.
  • Represent the company professionally during customer engagements.

Requirements

  • HND or B.Sc. in any discipline.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Good knowledge of the Lagos market.
  • Experience in beauty, fragrance, cosmetics, luxury products, or FMCG is an advantage.
