We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: IT Support Officer

Location: Abijo (Ajah/Badore), Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy IT Support Officer to provide technical support and maintain efficient IT operations within our school environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT helpdesk support to staff and resolve technical issues promptly
• Manage and maintain computer systems, networks, software, printers, and scanners
• Administer VLE and SMS databases
• Manage Microsoft Azure and Active Directory platforms
• Ensure system security through system patches, antivirus updates, and monitoring
• Install, configure, and upgrade hardware, software, and applications
• Maintain and support multimedia devices, Interactive Whiteboards (IWB), and Interactive Flat Panels (IFP)
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot IT-related issues
• Support basic ICT training for staff and users
• Keep abreast of emerging technology trends and advancements

Requirements

• Must live in and around the Abijo, Awoyaya, Epe, Ajah axis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
• Experience in IT support, systems administration, or helpdesk operations
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, networking, and system security
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
