We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Awka, Anambra
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying business opportunities through calls, networking events, digital marketing and referrals.
  • Determining client's needs and financial abilities to propose the most suitable residential or commercial properties.
  • Scheduling and conducting site visits, highlighting key features, investment benefits, and the unique value proposition of the listings.
  • Acting as an intermediary between buyers and sellers to negotiate prices, finalize terms and draft purchase agreements or lease contracts.
  • Continuously monitor competitor activities, current property values and broader economic trends.
  • Maintaining post-sale engagement, addressing client concerns and fostering trust to generate repeat business and referrals.

Essential Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Development Studies. Or other related courses.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong persuasion and conflict-res solution capabilities.
  • Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.
  • High attention to details and ability to manage multiple clients and property viewings concurrently.
  • Minimum of three(3) years of Sales experience, with two (2) years in Real Estate.
