Job Title: CNG - Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Mfamosing, Cross Rivers

Job Description

• Responsible for ensuring high reliability and availability of all plant equipment, including compressors, control systems, electrical infrastructure, and instrumentation.

What you'll be doing
Maintenance Planning:

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

Equipment Reliability:

• Ensure reliability of Gas compressors, Pressure Vessels, piping Systems, Gas dryers, Valves &Regulators 

Technical Supervision:

• Lead mechanical and electrical maintenance teams.
• Ensure safe maintenance practices and permit systems 

Spare Parts Management:

• Work with stores officers to maintain adequate critical spares. 

Technical Troubleshooting:

• ​Lead root cause analysis of equipment failures.

Requirements

• OND/HND/Graduate degree in Social Sciences, Engineering (Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical)

Critical Knowledge in:

• CNG Equipment & Systems.
• Maintenance Management.
• Safety, HSE & Compliance.
• Technical Documentation.

Critical Experience in:

• Maintenance in High-Pressure Gas.
• Commissioning & Start-up.
• Team Supervision & Contractor Management
• Regulatory & Audit Exposure
• Reliability Improvement.
• Maintenance Coordination.
