Reime West Africa is a fully owned subsidiary of a global brand with head office at Casablanca in Morocco that provides Telecom Infrastructure Development and Maintenance Services to Telecom companies in Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: OSP Helper / Casual – GVA Fiber Optic Project

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Type: Casual / Daily Hire
Reports to: OSP Pulling Supervisor / OSP Rigger

Job Summary

• We need reliable helpers to support daily fiber cable pulling and installation activities on the GVA FTTH project in Ibadan.
• This is a physical, entry-level role for candidates willing to work outdoors and learn on the job.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with moving, loading, and unloading cable drums, tools, and materials
• Set up and manage drum stands, rollers, and pulling equipment on site
• Clear minor obstacles along the route and support traffic control when needed
• Support riggers and pullers during cable placement and pulling
• Keep the work area clean and organized
• Follow all safety instructions and wear PPE at all times

Requirements

• Physically fit and able to perform manual labor outdoors daily
• Willing to work long hours in the field and follow instructions
• Basic literacy and communication skills preferred
• Previous experience in construction, telecom, or manual labor is a plus but not required
• Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player.

Salary
N250,000 monthly.
