Job Title: Performance Management Officer

Role Summary

• We are seeking a results-driven Performance Management Officer to oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of performance frameworks across the organization.
• This mid-level role is responsible for ensuring that departments, projects, and business units operate in alignment with organizational goals, performance standards, and strategic objectives.
• The ideal candidate will leverage data, insights, and performance metrics to drive operational excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve performance management frameworks, systems, and processes across the organization.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of departments, teams, projects, and business units against established KPIs and organizational objectives.
• Ensure operational systems, workflows, and performance processes are functioning effectively and efficiently.
• Establish measurable performance targets and success metrics for teams and projects.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable insights to management.
• Track, analyze, and report performance trends, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Generate intelligence reports and predictive insights to support strategic planning and future business growth.
• Collaborate with department heads to drive accountability, performance improvement, and goal achievement.
• Design and maintain performance dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools.
• Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and performance risks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives and best practices across the organization.
• Facilitate performance review meetings and provide recommendations to leadership on business performance.
• Ensure performance management practices are aligned with organizational strategy and business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Statistics, Human Resources, Project Management, or any related discipline.
• 3–5 years' experience in Performance Management, Business Operations, Strategy, Business Intelligence, Project Management, or a related role.
• Previous experience working within an Advertising, Creative, Marketing, Media, or Communications Agency is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proven experience designing and implementing performance measurement frameworks and KPI systems.
• Excellent data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence skills.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and performance reporting tools.
• Experience using dashboards and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, strategic thinking, and a results-oriented mindset.
• MBA, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, CIPM, or other relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.

Salary
N300,000 - N600,000 per month.
