We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive

Locations: Lekki, Lagos and Kano
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, pursue, and convert qualified leads into vehicle sales within assigned territory
  • Manage end-to-end customer journey from initial enquiry and test drives to closing and after-sale follow-up
  • Achieve and consistently exceed individual monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective buyers using CRM systems and referral networks
  • Present vehicle features, financing options, and trade-in arrangements clearly and persuasively
  • Develop and sustain long-term client relationships to maximise repeat business and referrals
  • Provide accurate and timely sales reports to the regional sales manager
  • Represent the company at automobile expos, trade fairs, and client events within assigned territory.

Qualifications & Competencies

  • B.Sc / HND in relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years in auto sales
  • Proven automobile sales record
  • Lead generation & conversion
  • Negotiation & closing skills
  • Customer relationship management
  • CRM software proficiency
  • Self-motivated & target-driven.
