Job Title: Sales Executive
Locations: Lekki, Lagos and Kano
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, pursue, and convert qualified leads into vehicle sales within assigned territory
- Manage end-to-end customer journey from initial enquiry and test drives to closing and after-sale follow-up
- Achieve and consistently exceed individual monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective buyers using CRM systems and referral networks
- Present vehicle features, financing options, and trade-in arrangements clearly and persuasively
- Develop and sustain long-term client relationships to maximise repeat business and referrals
- Provide accurate and timely sales reports to the regional sales manager
- Represent the company at automobile expos, trade fairs, and client events within assigned territory.
Qualifications & Competencies
- B.Sc / HND in relevant field
- Minimum 3 years in auto sales
- Proven automobile sales record
- Lead generation & conversion
- Negotiation & closing skills
- Customer relationship management
- CRM software proficiency
- Self-motivated & target-driven.
