We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Back Office Officer - Document Controller (NYSC)

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Description

  • A Tower Maintenance Document Controller Officer manages tracks, and archives technical documentation, such as maintenance logs, structural blueprints, and inspection reports.
  • They ensure field and engineering teams have accurate, up-to-date data to keep operations safe, compliant, and well-organized.

Responsibilities

  • Processing & Organization: Receive, register, index, and classify incoming and outgoing maintenance records, compliance certificates, and service tickets.
  • Version Control: Maintain accurate registers ensuring field technicians and engineers always access the latest approved blueprints, site layouts, and equipment manuals.
  • Workflow & Transmittals: Coordinate the review, approval, and distribution of documents.
  • Compliance & Audits: Prepare documentation packs for regulatory inspections and internal safety audits.
  • Archiving & Retention: Enforce document retention policies, ensuring outdated or superseded records are safely archived or disposed of.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Liaise directly with project managers, structural engineers, and telecom or construction contractors to keep the document flow transparent and efficient.

Qualifications 

  • A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 0 – 2 years of project administration experience.

Salary
N100,000 Monthly.
