We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Business Unit/Dept: Project Management Office (PMO)
Report to: Group Head, Projects

Duties & Responsibilities

• Defining project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities.
• Defining resource requirements and managing resource availability & allocation – both internal and third party.
• Outlining a budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver project on budget.
• Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities.
• Managing delivery of the project according to this plan.
• Tracking project and providing regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders.
• Managing and adjusting for any changes in project scope, schedule and / or budget.
• Identifying and mitigating potential risks.
• Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
• Determine and define project scope and objectives
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
• Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

KPIs

• Ensure 100% on quality for all projects.
• Achieve 5% Change Request or upselling on projects bookings (%)
•  Maintain maximum of +7% project budget variance (%)
• Meet 90% SLA performance, zero escalation on project (maximum of 5 escalation per quarter)
• Achieve Average Project Cost Performance Index of 1 (#)
• Achieve Average Project Schedule Performance Index of 1 (#)
• Achieve Customer Satisfaction level of 90% (%)
• Achieve Project Billing Forecast Quality of 95% (%)
• Excellent reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
• 3-5 years of IT project management experience
• PMP, Prince2 or AgilePM
• Business &; commercial acumen and excellent stakeholder management skills are also essential.
• Analytical skills are necessary in order to correctly identify risksand solve any problems which may arise throughout the project.
• Budgeting skills.
• Time management skills
• Good Communication and effective stakeholder management
• Conflict resolution skills.
• Good team player and an effective leader who is able to motivate their project team.
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively
• Strong familiarity with project management tools, methodologies,
  and best practices
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
