Job Title: Domestic Tutor

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a passionate and experienced Educator to train and prepare domestic staff such as nannies, housekeepers, and caregivers.
• The ideal candidate will deliver practical, engaging training programs that equip trainees with the skills, professionalism, and standards required for employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training curricula for domestic staff (nannies, housekeepers, caregivers, etc.)
• Conduct engaging classroom and practical training sessions
• Assess trainees’ performance and provide constructive feedback
• Create training materials, guides, and evaluation tools
• Instill professionalism, work ethics, hygiene standards, and safety practices
• Provide coaching and mentorship to trainees where necessary
• Stay updated on best practices in childcare, housekeeping, and domestic service standards
• Maintain training records and prepare reports on trainee progress

Preferred Qualifications

• Teaching or training certification
• Background in Early Childhood Education, Home Economics, or related field
• Experience in vocational, skills acquisition, or hands-on training environments.
