Job Summary
- We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Van Sales Representative to manage and grow our customer base within assigned territories.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and distributing products directly to customers using a company van.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and execute daily sales activities
- Achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Identify and onboard new customers (retailers, wholesalers, supermarkets)
- Sell and deliver products directly to customers using the company van
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers
- Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis reports
- Ensure proper merchandising and product display at customer locations
- Keep accurate records of sales, payments, and inventory
- Ensure safe handling and proper storage of products in the van
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Valid driver’s license and LASRRA (Lagos State Residents Registration Agency) ID
- 2–3 years of experience in FMCG sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Good knowledge of local routes within the assigned areas
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic computer skills and ability to use an Android device
- Proficiency in English and at least one local language
- Strong numerical and record-keeping skills
Salary Range
N100,000 - N150,000 / Month.
