Job Title: Business Development Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time / Hybrid
Start date: Immediate
Working Schedule: Hybrid (Office + Field Work) 8:00am – 5:00pm
About the Role
- We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Officer to support our growth in the immigration and travel services sector.
- The ideal candidate will combine strong sales ability with leadership skills to manage a small team and actively generate new business opportunities within and outside Lagos. This is a hybrid role involving office work and active field prospecting.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive client acquisition and achieve sales targets
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Manage and supervise a team of relationship officers
- Conduct client visits and prospecting across Lagos and beyond when required
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Represent the company professionally in all engagements
Requirements
- Minimum of HND or BSc in a relevant field
- 3–5 years experience in admission, visa, or related immigration/travel services
- Proven sales and business development experience
- Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills and fluent English
- Smart, detail-oriented, calm, and professional demeanor
- Must be able to drive with a valid driver’s license
- Preferred Gender: Any
What We Are Looking For:
- A results-driven professional who is confident in client acquisition, team leadership, and delivering measurable growth. Selection Note (Important)
- The ideal candidate will be assessed based on demonstrated business development capability during the evaluation process.
- The candidate will be required to set a personal evaluation timeline within which he or she believes two qualified clients can be successfully closed. This agreed timeline will be documented at the beginning of the engagement.
- Upon successful closure of the two qualified clients within the agreed period, an official offer letter of employment will be issued.
Remuneration
- Salary: N250,000 per month.
- Official car provided for field activities
- Attractive commission structure on deals closed.
