Job Title: Boutique Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Boutique Manager to oversee the daily operations of our boutique section.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing inventory, ensuring excellent customer service, supervising staff, and maintaining the overall appearance and profitability of the store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the boutique.
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate boutique staff to achieve sales targets.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.
  • Manage inventory, stock levels, and product displays.
  • Ensure accurate cash handling and daily sales reconciliation.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
  • Prepare sales and inventory reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, HND, or OND in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in retail, fashion, or boutique management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Good knowledge of inventory management and retail operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
