Job Title: MIS Personnel (Accounts & Finance Focus)

Job Summary

• We are hiring a full-time MIS Personnel (with Accounting Background) to join our Corporate Head Office in Gwarinpa, Abuja.
• This role is primarily an MIS and data management position, but sits directly within our Accounts Department to ensure all operational data aligns perfectly with financial ledgers.

Responsibilities

• Extract, prepare, and distribute daily and weekly operational MIS reports including GES, HUTBOT, Speed, and Net Error reports.
• Reconcile high-volume point-of-sale data streams with bank statements and physical ledger records
• Track and monitor Food Cost (FC) and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) reports alongside the finance team to minimize operational leakage
• Submit detailed Weekly and Monthly Operational Reports highlighting volume variances and sales performance
• Update and maintain customer databases for marketing use while auditing metrics for software errors
• Assist in year-end operational financial consolidation and provide required data for corporate management reviews

Requirements

• Core Focus: Strong MIS expertise, backed by formal accounting knowledge.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or Statistics.
• Experience: 2–4 years of experience managing MIS, operational data, or working as a data-focused cost clerk/analyst.
• Industry Sector: Experience within hospitality, retail, or restaurant operations is highly valued.
• Software Skills: Hands-on familiarity with restaurant POS/analytics platforms (YUM systems, Dragon Tail, GAAP) and advanced Excel proficiency
• Key Attribute: A data analyst mindset with the structural discipline of an accountant.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 per month.
