Job Title: Aviation Dispatcher, Level 3

Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role in Lagos for an Aviation Dispatcher Level 3.
• The Aviation Dispatcher will coordinate daily flight operations, process flight plans, monitor aircraft movements, and ensure compliance with aviation regulations.
• Additional responsibilities include liaising with pilots, ground crew, and air traffic control to ensure smooth operations, maintaining communication logs, and responding to operational challenges efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Aviation, Logistics, or a related field; relevant certifications are advantageous
• Previous experience in aviation or logistics dispatching is preferred
• Strong knowledge of Aviation Regulations and Flight Planning
• Experience with Scheduling, Aircraft Dispatch Operations, and Coordinating Ground Handling
• Proficiency in Communication and Team Collaboration
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving, Critical Thinking, and Decision-making skills
• Proficiency in aviation-related software and tools is a plus.
