We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Care / Ticketer

Location: Garki, Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling travel bookings, issuing tickets, and assisting clients with travel-related inquiries.
  • Candidates must have prior experience in the travel and tour industry and possess good knowledge of airline ticketing systems and travel processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to customer inquiries and provide travel advisory services.
  • Book and issue local and international flight tickets.
  • Handle hotel reservations, visa assistance, and tour packages.
  • Process ticket revalidation, rescheduling, cancellations, and refunds.
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and booking information.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on travel policies, airline regulations, and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. Degree in any relevant field.
  • 2–3 years experience in a travel and tour company is compulsory.
  • Proficiency in ticketing and reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or related GDS systems).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good customer relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in visa processing and travel consultancy will be an added advantage.
  • Sales and marketing experience in travel services is a plus.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 per month.
