Locations: Abuja (FCT), Lagos, Ibadan - Oyo, Abeokuta - Ogun, Osogbo - Osun, Akure - Ondo, Port Harcourt - Rivers, Benin City - Edo, Warri - Delta, Uyo - Akwa Ibom, Calabar - Cross River, Onitsha - Anambra, Aba - Abia, Enugu, Owerri - Imo, Lokoja - Kogi, Kwara , Minna - Niger, and Jos - Plateau

Job Summary

• As the Field Retention Agent, you will be responsible for managing relationships with assigned retail petroleum stations, conducting field verification activities, and ensuring customer retention and operational compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular visits to assigned stations and maintain strong relationships with station owners and managers
• Verify station records, stock levels, readings, and operational activities to ensure accuracy
• Capture and submit accurate field reports and evidence using the company’s mobile application
• Identify, escalate, and support the resolution of operational issues affecting station performance.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in field operations, field verification, relationship management, FMCG distribution, or a similar role
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports
• Proficiency in using smartphones and mobile applications for field reporting
• Must possess a reliable means of transportation and good knowledge of the assigned territory
• Experience in the downstream petroleum sector is an added advantage.

Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
