Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs, prepare estimates, monitor budgets, and ensure cost-effective project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and variations.
- Evaluate contractor claims and payment certificates.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and cost analysis.
- Ensure projects are delivered within budget and contractual requirements.
- Prepare project cost reports and final accounts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and contract administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and quantity surveying software.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
