Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library (OOPL) Foundation is preserving the past, capturing the present, and inspiring the future. Our Organisation, a world-class multi-complex comprising a Presidential Library, Museum, Resort, Youth Centre, and Conference Facilities located in Abeokuta, Ogun State.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Library Assistant

Location: Abeokuta, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Handle daily library operations, circulation & patron services
• Cataloging, sorting, shelving, and maintaining book order
• Process new materials, repairs, binding & update book status
• Data entry for patron/title records, sort mail, attend staff meetings
• Maintain collection and support library programs

Requirements

• OND/HND in Library Science, History, or related fields
• Strong written/verbal English, attention to detail and good organization skill
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn and operate computer integrated Library Systems
• Experience in a library/academic environment is an advantage 
• Age 30 and below for OND holders.
